Hoi Hup Realty Pte Ltd’s JV with Sunway Group offered the highest bid of S$434.4m, or S$578 psf of GFA, and was awarded the site for development. Hoi Hup Realty have been awarded the BCI Asia Top Ten Developers Award for 3 consecutive years.

Parc Central Residences EC is located within a rejuvenated, mature estate and residents can therefore enjoy a wide range of amenities in the immediate vicinity. Low Entry Price

ECs are normally priced 20% to 30% lower than comparable private condominiums. On top of that, eligible buyers may also receive CPF housing grants of up to $30,000. Buying during launch gives buyers the lowest possible entry price to a development. Furthermore, upgraders do not have to pay ABSD; they are allowed to take up Deferred Payment Scheme (DPS) and continue living in their present HDB units. These benefits are only for EC buyers - something that Singaporeans can enjoy.
